For nursing students in an LPN-RN bridge program or traditional RN program. Provides assistance during the term of service to help the student remain motivated and successful. 

Provides assistance to currently licensed nurses (RN or LPN). Assist in accomplishing goals in your current role such as the professional ladder or certification in a specialty. Assist with goal statements and resume building. Discuss continuing education or graduate school requirements with a selection of specialty. 

Provides assistance to nurse practitioner students or DNP students. Assists NP students for transition into their new role and certification. Assists DNP students with choosing an appropriate DNP project. 

Mentoring consists of actively teaching and redirecting the client. It provides the above services with a longer relationship between the client and the mentor. This is ideal for individuals seeking more direction in completing their goals.
